Requesting Our Services

We understand the job seeking process is challenging, we want to make this process super simple and easy for you. Below is our step by step process.

Step 1
Contact us for your free resume or LinkedIn Profile consultation, we will contact you back within 48 hours
Step 2
By telephone 1-833-597-7767, Request for Services Form or Contact Form
Step 3
Someone will contact you by telephone or email to schedule your free consultation (telephone or zoom).
Step 4
If you have an existing resume, even if outdated,  please email resume to us before the consultation.
Step 5
The consultation time frame will be about 30 minutes. We will ask a series of questions to determine your resume and career goals.  
Step 6
Once you determine you want JW Professional Writing Services to assist you, we will email you an invoice for payment. All major credit & debit cards are accepted for payment
Step 7
After we receive payment, we will start the process of designing your request.
Step 8
Within 5-7 days, we will email you the first draft of your reqeust. For resumes, clients will receive two formats, PDF & Word.
Step 9
There are no refunds. However, we provide edits and revisions up to 5 days after we inform clients service requests are complete. Any edits or revisions requested after 5 days are additional costs.
